Decorative oak star for a beautiful mantlepiece, hearth, shelf or side-table display. Handmade in oak from reclaimed or local sources.
The stars can be either free standing or wall mounted. The wall mounted option comes with a small keyhole fitting inserted in one side so it can be hung from a hook on the wall.
The stars are made to a high quality and are quite solid and chunky. They are finished with linseed oil to bring out the colour and grain of the wood.
Please note that oak can be light, dark, stripey, knotty, splitty and plain! The grain patterns in every star are slightly different due to the natural variations in the oak. The photos aim to show some typical examples. If you have a particular preference regarding the appearance of the wood please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate.
